Morocco Beach Tour - 10 Days - 09 Nights - From Marrakech

Day 1: Arrive to Marrakech

Welcome to Morocco! Upon arrival at the airport, you will meet our local English speaking driver who will provide a brief review of your beach tour. A Welcome Reception and Dinner celebrates your arrival in Marrakech. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Marrakech Sightseeing Tour

After breakfast, you will discover the city of Marrakech with a knowledgeable tour guide. Your tour usually starts at the 12th century Koutoubia Mosque to the gorgeous Bahia Palace. This 19th century palace is elaborate in its decoration and was built over a period of seven years. One of most visited sites in Morocco is the Koranic School Medersa Ben Youssef is a Theological college founded in the 14th century. After lunch, you will visit the colorful Souks where you will have the chance to see the local food as well as the locl artisans. We will include also The Djemaa el-Fna, the enormous square and atmospheric wonderland of torch-lit food stalls, snake charmers, storytellers and acrobats. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Marrakech - Oualidia

After breakfast at the hotel, you will start your journey to the Atlantic coast and the well-kept secret village of Oualidia. The beach offers shallow bays which create beautiful turquoise water for bathing and an interesting coastline. You can enjoy your lunch tasting Oysters dish. Take a small fishing boat trip and relax on the beach before returning to your hotel for a dinner of fresh fish on the terrace.

Day 4: Oualidia at leisure

Today is at leisure in Oualidia which is a tranquil living town overlooking a truly outstanding coastal lagoon, arguably the most picturesque and perfect in all of North Africa, it serves as a truly outstanding spectacle with a large variety of outdoor activities that are relaxing and serene like swimming and bird watching available, this is the perfect location for those looking to experience an enjoyable vacation and the more quiet side of Moroccan culture. Overnight with dinner at the hotel.

Day 5: Oualidia - Essaouira

The next day, take the stunning coast road south to the vibrant coastal town of Essaouira to stay in a stylish, traditional luxury Riad. Essaouira is a friendly, small port town with art and craft, jewellery and music shops and is easy to navigate. Overnight with dinner at your luxury hotel/Riad.

Day 6: Essaouira at leisure

Today is at leisure to relax and enjoy the sandy beaches and activities available at the coastal city of Essaouira. Your driver will give you some recommendations of places where to eat and book your activities. The beach cafés are perfect for lunch between the optional extra activities: quad biking, horse-riding, surfing, kite-surfing & camel trekking. Overnight with dinner at your luxury hotel/Riad.

Day 7: Essaouira - Agadir

After breakfast at the Riad, you will continue your beaches tour south with many stops to enjoy the scenery and the Atlantic coast. Optional stop for lunch at the famous surfing village of Taghazout. After relaxing and enjoying a local cup of tea on the sunshine overlooking the sea, you will head to the city of Agadir where you will stay the night in a beautiful hotel set on the beach.

Day 8: Agadir at leisure

Today is a relaxing day by the Atlantic Ocean. You will travel onwards to a surf resort near to the small fishing village of Taghazout. Over recent years, the town has gained a reputation as a prime surfing location for locals and tourists alike – the waters stay warm throughout the year and the surf is excellent for starters and adept wave riders alike. On late afternoon, you will be back to the city of Agadir. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 9: Agadir - Taroudant - Imlil

The ancient walled city of Taroudant. A very friendly town overlooked by the high Atlas Mountains and the 16th century capital of Saadian Empire. After a quick visit to Taroudant's small traditional souk and a short climb to the fortified ramparts, that reveals the true beauty of the surrounding countryside, we will continue through the Atlas Mountains Tizi N’Test pass towards the Berber village of Imlil with a splendid panorama over the plains. Optional stop at Tin Mal Mosque which shows of the culture and history that is ripe throughout Morocco and especially the High Atlas Mountains. Arrival to Imlil village. Overnight with dinner in a nice Kasbah hotel.

Day 10: Imlil - Back to Marrakech Airport

Depending on your flight schedules, we’ll transfer you to Marrakech airport with plenty of memories and help you with registration formalities and special flight requirements before your departure.
